HOW DO WE BRUSH OUR TEETH?

  • Place your toothbrush between your teeth and your gum in an aprox 45 degree angle
  • With a slight rotating movement, brush from the gum towards the peak of the teeth
  • Use the same movement to brush the exterior and the interior sides of your teeth
  • Brush your mastication side of the molars with a horizontal movement
  • Remember to brush the surface of your tongue and cheeks
  • Try to spend approximately 3 minutes brushing your teeth
  • Brush after every meal or at least 2 times a day, in the morning and before bed

TEETH WHITENING

Using it too aggressive may lead to periodontal disease. After hurting the teeth's gum, microbes can enter into the plague and develop an infection attacking the bone. Symptoms: itchiness, redness, swelling, bleeding, bad smell and pain. The floss has to be used carefully, with no sudden moves that can stress the gum and cause bleeding.

MOUTHWASH

t's an antiseptic for the entire mouth, assuring a very nice breath after use, but coming to complete the brushing, not replacing it. After a period is better to take a break before you start using it again.

WHICH KIND OF TOOTHPASTE SHOULD YOU CHOOSE?

Patients with tartar problems should pay attention on the toothpastes with antitartar actions. For decay problems, toothpastes containing fluorine. Sodium bicarbonate is required for worn-out teeth. Toothpastes with a whitening action are very popular, but have a scrubbing effect and are indicated to be used only 2-3 times a week.

REMOVING TARTAR
